Education and Background
Paul earned his engineering degree from the National University of Engineering (Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería) in Lima, Peru — widely recognized as one of Latin America’s most prestigious engineering institutions. The university has produced some of Peru’s most accomplished engineers and scientists since its founding in 1876.
After completing his education, Paul built his career in the United States, earning professional engineering licenses in three states (Florida, Texas, and Tennessee) and establishing himself as a trusted authority in Florida’s structural engineering community. His international training combined with decades of Florida-specific experience gives him a unique perspective on building performance in tropical coastal environments.
